Coordination & Administration Officer

Votre Mission

Manage day to day the overall department’s Quality Assurance work, namely ensuring compliance, supporting & coordinating policy and strategy development by providing guidance and ensuring that the right processes are applied within the Management division in a continuous effort to secure that the policy framework within the Management division is continuously updated meeting qualitative best standards in the respective industry.
Support the USG in disseminating divisional strategic communication messages and coordination activities to strenghtening technical relationships across the Secretariat and with the membership and the team’s functioning as a global team, ensure professional processes within the division in meeting the Director’s administrative and coordination needs.

Votre profil

– Advanced university degree (master’s or equivalent) in Legal, Public Relations, International Affairs, Social Sciences or any other relevant area
– At least 5 years working experience in the humanitarian or development sector, with a focus on complinance, strategy, policy development within HR, F&A,IT
– AT least 5 years of experience implementing quality assurance and process improvement programs
– Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to lead within a matrix management structure and utilise talent and experience of team members in a productive way.
– Fluently spoken and written English
– Available ASAP
