Votre Mission

1. Preparation & management of budgets for projects
2. Preparation of budget amendments for grants
3. Preparation or financial reports to donors
4. Classification of expenses per budget lines
5. Comparison expenses with the budget lines, produce internal analytical reports on
budget expenditures
6. Liaison with the donor (and auditors) on the budget, contract, as required
7. Liaison with Finance department

Votre profil

1. Minimum 4-5 years of relevant financial and administrative experience, experience in nonprofit
sector essential
2. Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or a related field
3. Fluency in English and fluency/very good working knowledge of French
4. Experience in managing donor grants, especially EU grants an asset
5. Ability to manage financial operations
6. Proactive, experience in working in an international environment, independently but in
coordination with relevant departments, as well as part of a multicultural team
7. Flexible in reassigning priorities and at ease in a changing environment
