HR Team Assistant – 3 months assignement

Votre Mission

You provide the full range of administrative HR support, including establishing contractual documents related to employees lifecycle, social insurance affiliation, absences follow up, time registration and work permits requests

You liaise with employee for all administrative documents and systematically archive them

You create employee access in various internal tools

You handle purchase orders and invoices for the whole HR site team (recruitment, training, relocation,etc.)

Votre profil

Commercial diploma and Swiss Federal Certificate in Human Resources

At least 2 years’ experience in HR Administration within an international environment

Fluent in English and French (oral and written)

Customer-oriented, solution-focused, flexible, excellent administrative and organization skills
