Votre Mission

• Processing of all monthly financial transactions
• Tax and VAT compliance coordination
• Payroll processing and administration support
• Financial accounting and reporting support %u2010 Group (IFRS) and Statutory (Swiss GAAP)
• Support treasury management and forecasting and act as back-up
• IT coordination
• Facilities management
• Participation in ad-hoc local and global company projects, where required
• Assist the Finance & Administration Manager in the coordination with external auditors

Votre profil

• Master’s degree (or equivalent diploma) in Finance or Business Administration
• Min. 3 years of experience working in a Finance Administration position, preferably in an international environment
• Knowledge of Swiss payroll structure (and more specifically Geneva) and all related social contributions/ Pension Fund is an advantage
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV (or similar financial ERP) experience is a plus
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially MS Excel
• Swiss national or in possession of a valid Swiss work permit
• Fluent in English and French. Any additional European language (especially Dutch, German or Spanish) is a plus
• Customer focused
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail, while keeping the ability to see the big picture
• Willingness to learn and to progress fast
• Excellent team player
